That’s the idea behind high-design property concept, The Collective. They have developed a portfolio of city-centre locations with modern design and a rich array of communal facilities.
Residents (AKA ‘Members’) can stay for a day or a year. And they need never leave the building, since they have free access to flexible work spaces, gym, spa, sauna, library, restaurant, cafe, bar, event spaces, games rooms and even their own bean-bag cinema.
To help communicate the concept and sell the facilities, we created high-resolution custom-styled virtual show-rounds of each property. They’re available as evergreen content on The Collective website (earning SEO points as time goes by) and the sales team uses them proactively for remote viewings, events and presentations.
