After many years of discussion, the property market is finally waking up to the possibilities offered by new technology, such as virtual tours. 360 has clearly been the best way to showcase a physical space but nevertheless, agents and developers have been slow on the uptake. They still ask the question, who would buy property without visiting it first?
But not for long. That is all changing.
According to this article by The Guardian, the global super-rich are increasingly making buying decisions without actually visiting the properties. Whether it’s a 360 virtual tour, a 360 video or a person-to-person call on Skype or Whatsapp, they are able to get a sufficiently good impression of a place to make seven or even eight-figure commitments.
